GM Considers Diesel Engine Production In Russia - General Motors Corp - Brief Article

Mylonas said the decision will be taken in 2003, Interfax reported. If the decision to go ahead is taken, the joint venture will produce up to 200,000 engines a year in Togliatti, home of Avtovaz, Mylonas said, but didn’t give estimated investments.
