How do I change a fuel filler neck on my 1994 Pontiac Grand Am?

J Merc asked:

on my pontiac the filler neck is all rusted and gas spues out, running down the hose. In other words if i put in $25 worth of gas, only like $20 will go in. Im planning on buying a new one from the pontiac dealer and doing it myself. I was wondering if this is an easy project to do myself and if so how do I do it and complete it?
