How do I relieve fuel pressure on my 1990 Pontiac Bonneville?

I would just like to know how to relieve fuel pressure on my 1990 Pontiac Bonneville so that I can change a fuel filter and possibly some fuel injectors.
Please try and be as specific as possible, as I am not that technical. I wouldn’t say I know “just enough to be dangerous.” I would say I know just a little more than that. :)
Thanks.

well if you remove the fuel pump fuse the car wont start to clear out the fuel so with the car running remove the fuse most of the pressure will release but no matter what you do when you take the filter off you will get gas and if filter is very restricted then you will get spray because it is still pressurized
