      “I want to support a bill that revises this industry, but I won’t support a bill that revives the patients with taxpayer dollars, yet doesn’t secure a commitment that the patient will change their ways so future help isn’t needed.*”

      -*(Except the bailouts I supported in 2008 for big banks , many who are now under investigation for mortgage fraud. That was cool.)
